ORDERING FROM BUD BUDDY
Ordering from Bud Buddy is easy. Please review the information below before placing your order, including our available payment methods and shipping information. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received and confirmed.
Please use your correct name and mailing address when ordering. Canada Post may not deliver a package if the recipient information does not match the address.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We ship within Canada only. Standard Xpresspost shipping to most locations is $15 for orders under $200, with free shipping on orders of $200 or more. Shipping rates are slightly higher for some northern and remote areas. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
NORTHERN & REMOTE AREAS
For orders shipped to Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and J0M postal codes in northern Quebec, standard Xpresspost shipping is $20 for orders under $200, rather than our regular $15 shipping rate. Shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. The correct shipping rate will be calculated automatically at checkout.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
INTERAC E-TRANSFER
Interac e-Transfer is the fastest and most convenient way to pay for your order. Payments can be sent securely through your bank or financial institution’s online or mobile banking service.

MONEY ORDER
We currently accept blank money orders only. Money orders are available from Canada Post, Western Union, Money Mart, and other providers. Please keep your receipt until your order has been received.

CASH
If paying by cash, place the bills inside a card or folded paper so they are not visible through the envelope. Whenever possible, use fewer, larger bills rather than several smaller ones. Please do not send coins.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING BY MAIL
Please send payments by regular mail or Canada Post Xpresspost only. Do not use FedEx, UPS, other courier services, registered mail, or any shipping method that requires a signature.
We recommend using Xpresspost, especially when sending cash. It provides tracking and is generally faster and more secure than regular mail. Keep your tracking number until your payment has been received.
Always include a return address on your envelope. Leaving it off does not provide additional privacy and may make it more difficult for your payment to be returned if there is a delivery problem.
Cash is sent at your own risk, and we cannot replace payments that are lost or stolen in transit.
We’ll notify you by email and provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.
