For our standard shipping service we use Canada Post Xpresspost. This provides tracked shipping which is 1-2 days to major cities from BC to Saskatchewan, 2-3 days to other major cities, and 3-5 days to most rural locations.
We charge a flat $15 shipping for orders under $200, and free shipping for orders above $200. This will automatically be adjusted at check out.
