Payment

An order may remain unpaid or on hold until the required payment has been received and confirmed. Orders may not be processed or shipped until payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders after a reasonable period of time.

Shipping & Delivery

Bud Buddy ships within Canada only.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Available shipping methods, charges and the applicable order total are displayed during checkout. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote destinations, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to change its delivery address.

Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Order Issues

Due to the nature of the products sold, returns may not be available simply because a customer changes their mind.

Buddy Bucks, Referrals, Coupons & Promotions

Buddy Bucks, referral rewards, coupons, discounts, sales and other promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements and restrictions.

Buddy Bucks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Redemption limits and other program rules may apply.

Referral rewards, coupons and promotional offers may be subject to restrictions on eligibility, minimum purchases, eligible products, expiry dates and combining multiple discounts.

Bud Buddy may modify, suspend or discontinue a rewards program, promotion or discount when reasonably necessary. Changes will not retroactively remove a discount or reward already validly applied to a completed order except where necessary to correct an error, fraud or misuse.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Information provided through your account should be accurate and kept reasonably current.
