QUALITY
SHIPPING
All orders are packaged securely and discreetly. Cannabis orders are vacuum-sealed to help contain odour during shipping.
DELIVERY TIME
We ship all orders by Xpresspost within 1 business day of receiving payment. Orders paid early in the day may sometimes ship the same day.
Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days once shipped. Delivery may take longer to rural areas, and orders to NU, YT, and NT generally require additional transit time.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE
In the extremely rare event that your package is seized by Canada Post, we will replace your order once at no charge.
If your package does not arrive for another reason, we will generally replace 50% of the order at no charge. If the replacement also does not arrive, any further replacement will be at our discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note: If you choose to send cash and it is lost or stolen before reaching us, we cannot replace the payment or send the order.
